TPC Prestancia's Mediterranean-style Clubhouse features à la carte and private meeting spaces with banquet facilities for indoor and outdoor dining. Golf and social events are held throughout the year for Members. For added comfort and convenience, Members enjoy full-service locker rooms and a TPC Golf Shop fully stocked with an array of equipment and golf fashions.
The Clubhouse at TPC Prestancia showcases:
- "Members Only" Sandhill Grill featuring an expanded lounge area with dark mahogany woodwork, and warm, inviting sage green accents with five flat-panel televisions throughout.
- Upgraded banquet rooms with new decor and the latest in technology, including wi-fi access.
- New Grill menus, featuring traditional Club favorites and locally-inspired Gulf Coast creations.

Beverage Cart
A beverage cart is available daily offering breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, hot dogs, deli sandwiches, and assorted snacks along with a selection of beer, wine, liquor and soft beverages. Coolers with ice are available upon request to use during your round. Payment methods include cash, credit card or Membership account charges.
Halfway House
Located to the back of the Clubhouse at the turn of the Stadium Course, the Halfway House is open daily from November-May and serves hot dogs, deli sandwiches, fresh fruit, assorted snacks and a selection of beer, wine, liquor and soft beverages. Payment methods include cash, credit card or membership account charges.
In addition, swimming, fitness, and tennis are available at a nearby reciprocal facility. Golf Members at TPC Prestancia have privileges at Serendipity Racquet Club to use the swimming, tennis and fitness facilities. The conditions are as follows:
TPC Prestancia Members enjoy complimentary use of the swimming pool . Tennis and Fitness facilities may be used by TPC Prestancia Golf Members and will be billed to TPC Prestancia Golf Members, via their Serendipity account, based on a daily usage rate.
Indoor and outdoor dining is also available at Serendipity’s Spin Restaurant, located near the stadium court and the Pro Shop.
